Every member is in the trenches. Directors, Cinematographers, Producers all navigating the film industry together. Experiencing the same challenges and shifts in the industry, working through them in real time - all while mastering the craft of storytelling and the mindset to get it done.

With regular project check ins, member led filmmaking events, and creative challenges, we keep each other inspired moving forward, tuning out all of the negative industry noise and cynicism. We are creating real projects for our portfolios. No passive content consumption.
